5. Payment and Refunds

• Fees for our Service are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
• We offer a strict "No Long-Term Contracts" policy; you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Agentic Force shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Our AI agents are designed to assist, not replace professional judgment. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI responses. You are responsible for overseeing the AI's interactions with your customers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
